Positive: the room is clean and the staff is very friendly. this is also a good location to get around tagaytay city ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Negative: security has made us aware about the limited parking situation by the time we went out to get around tagaytay, the service could have been better if unit owners advised their tenants prior if there is a dedicated parking slot or what are the parking options within the vicinity. I ended up looking for a parking at 11pm, finally found a free parking lot in Olivarez center which is a few blocks away
Summary: overall very good service and polite staff. parking situation should be improved
