Welcome to our Happy Place in the Poconos! Enjoy and relax in peaceful home located in a four season, amenity filled, gated community. The community offers two indoor and four outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, a restaurant and private ski area. Come with your family and friends to create good memories at this unique and family-friendly place.
The space
As you step inside home, you will be greeted by an inviting open floor plan that connects the living, dinning and kitchen areas which is good for the family gatherings, private patio space surrounded by lot of trees creates an airy and spacious atmosphere. Addition, there is a sunroom with seating area. Upstairs there is a loft space with spacious seating. Large entertaining deck with gas grill (non-winter only) and three-season sunroom. For your entertainment, there are 2 TV’s- 55” 4K Ultra HD Roku Smart LED TV, high speed 500Mbps Wi-Fi, and a chess, Board games.

For Guest entry, Drive up to the right most gate and be ready to show your ID.
You have full access to the entire house (except the Garage), which is the only structure on our property.
Other things to note
Your safety and privacy are both very important to us. Our front door is monitored by a video doorbell. Rest assured that there are no interior cameras.
Saw Creek Estates has security gate access only and 24-hour Security Patrol.
