Fully renovated Lower Level apartment is a home away from home. It offers two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a futon that converts to a full bed. A fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances. Large front porch to relax after a day on the water with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. We are a block from the bay and less than a mile from the city boat ramp and downtown shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking for boats and vehicles. Pets are welcome and will enjoy the pet friendly beaches.
