Wow! Take a look at the gorgeous remodel the new owner did to this old dawg!! The essential components remain but with a new look and feel that you will not want to leave. Happy Daze in “Old Seagrove” is like no other. With 1600 sq. ft of gulf front living, all on one level, makes your stay pleasurable no matter the age. New TV’s, new beds, new counters, new furniture are all sure to satisfy everyone in your crew. The private beach access is just a few steps out the door to our beautiful white sugar sand and the Gulf of Mexico. This home is comfortably furnished and sleeps up to 9 with king beds in the master and second bedrooms and a full in the third with 2 full bathrooms. There's an extra twin bed tucked on the enclosed gulf-front porch. The house has vintage pine-paneling with terrazzo floors making it a classic beach destination. The Timpoochee Trail, an 18 mile bike and walking path that parallels 30-A, runs right by the house. It's a perfect family getaway and only a short stroll or bike ride to Seaside and nearby shops and restaurants. * Sunday to Sunday rental in season. * Parking for 4 cars. **THIS IS A DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: We allow one dog, 30 lb maximum. A non-refundable dog fee of $150.00 (plus sales tax) is required. Guest must provide a signed credit card authorization up to $500 that may be used by Garrett Realty Services, Inc. in case of excessive damages caused by dog.
