This light-flooded villa is located directly on a canal with access to the Gulf. Here you have the possibility to rent a boat and to park it directly at the house for the duration of your stay.
With 4 bedrooms, this beautiful villa offers enough space for 8 people. The master sleeping area is completely separated from the guest sleeping area with two other cinnamons. The large bedrooms each have a TV. Two bathrooms and a guest toilet are available. The bright and cozy décor underlines the Florida feeling.
The center of the villa is the large and luxuriously furnished living area with large flat screen. The dining area and kitchen are separated from the living room so you can relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. The kitchen bar invites you to have a quick breakfast.
The house and the interior are topped by the spacious pool area with whirlpool. Both are heated by electric, so that you always have the desired temperature in the water all year round. There are 6 sun loungers at your disposal to relax and recover from the stressful everyday life.
On the terrace there is a dining table with 6 seating options, as well as a gas grill.
For sports activities, tennis courts are available directly opposite villa. If you are travelling with children, you will enjoy the large playground, which is also in the immediate vicinity.
On site you will be looked after by our German property management.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.

Summary: My family and I rented this house because it had 3 bathrooms and we assumed that meant 3 showers- that was not the case it was 2.5 baths which was very misleading. The overall cleanliness was not great. The floors were filthy, outside pool area very dirty, garage was filled with flys and old used ice cream spoons scattered around back pool area. Also, mouse droppings I’m garage and not enough towels and face clothes for 6 people. Pool temperature was cold when it was suppose to be heated it was also dirty. Wi-Fi and cell service were not good. Phone calls were sometimes impossible. Dryer vent was broken and was suppose to be fixed which did not happen. Clothes took forever to dry and laundry room was constantly filled with moisture. Tried to address some issues but the managers do not respond to emails. Sent 2 emails and did not get any responses. Would not recommend to anyone. If managers had returned emails and fixed some of the issues it would have been better.
