This quiet 10th floor unit invites you to relax and enjoy its comfortable furnishings and gorgeous Gulf front views from your private balcony.
The grounds at Tidewater are immaculate and offer a gated entrance, covered entry for loading and unloading, 2 elevators so there's never a long wait, an outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, and separate hot tub. There's also a quaint workout room with treadmills and elliptical machines and sauna. And for the grilling enthusiast, there's a bar-b-que area with several stainless charcoal grills.
The unit itself is furnished with new living room furniture sofa and chair, mounted flat screen t.v.'s in the living room and master, a breakfast table for 4, built-in hallway bunks for the kids, full-size washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware and dishes. There's a keyless entry on the front door so keeping up with the keys out on the beach won't be a problem, all you'll need to remember is sunscreen, towels and the ice-chest.
For those who would rather rent a lounge and umbrella, services are offered by a third party vendor.

Summary: My 6 year old loves the beach. He received superintendent scholarship all year. His reward was to go to the beach with beach front view and able to walk to the beach and back to the room. Sara is wonderful to work with. The condo was comfortable, clean, and perfect for us. We will be returning for sure. Shrimp basket and ice cream is just a walk across the street. Big mikes steak house is maybe 5 miles down the rd. You can see Lou Lou’s from the tidewater condo. It’s not crouded at all. Security is great, pools and hot tub were clean as well as the outside bathrooms. Very Very nice place. Thank you Sara for making this the best vacation!!!!!
