Positive: Staff: Hosts Jen and Alex were so friendly. We shared stories, invited us to a local party, cleaned frequently, responded immediately to whatsapp messages and even gave my girlfriend a few rides cafes a few times. There is a small kitchenette in the room, so I didn't need to eat out every meal, which was great as there is a local fish market with the freshest tuna available. Water included. Location: in the action, but off of the main road, so it was quiet yet easy to walk to restaurants. Air Conditioner worked.
Negative: A few shelves to store clothing would be convenient, but this is a budget spot in the Philippines, this is not a major thing to complain about. oh yeah, NO cockroaches here, which is typical for a budget spot in the Philippines.
Summary: Great value, kitchenette, friendly staff. I will stay here when I come back.
