Beautiful Colonial house with a giant backyard, pool, tennis court, and basketball hoop, w/ 5 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths including a steam room. All fenced in and very private. Lovely light filled rooms, on a hilltop in Country Club Park (Just south of Hancock Park) with cool breezes, and sunrise and sunset views of the Hollywood Hills and Downtown, minutes from Larchmont Village, centrally located on a quiet street, All modern amenities - kitchen, entertainment. The rate includes housekeeper and laundry 2 days a week. Interaction with guests We will be traveling, but you can contact someone taking care of our home who will be available anytime. We will also be checking email regularly. Other things to note: Cleaning twice a week / Gardening once every two weeks No smoking Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check in is anytime.
