Positive: Location was good and the price was reasonable compared with other area lodging. Walk-in shower was EXCELLENT with strong pressure, plenty of hot water, a free-flowing drain and very high quality Zero brand bath products in wall dispensers. Vanity around the sink provided lots of space to set toiletries. Several places to sit in the room which was convenient for two people. Lots of really wonderful things about this place but there was a BIG negative that cancelled out the positive parts of our stay.
Negative: The bedsheets were very old and covered with “pills” (little thread balls) from being so worn out, making them feel very rough, AND they were very dirty with stains from previous guests—overall VERY YUCKY!! It’s hard to understand how on earth housekeeping could have put these old dirty sheets on the bed. Definitely not up to Hampton Inn standards and a huge negative that significantly lowered what would have otherwise been a perfect review score.
