Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant and my room was clean. While I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast, it did smell great.
Negative: When I called the hotel to get information, I asked who I was speaking with as I like to address the person I'm speaking to by name, the gentleman wouldn't give me his name right away, as he continued the conversation , I asked again, and still he continued the conversation without giving me his name. While he was polite, he finally gave me his name. I just thought that was odd, that I had to ask more than once. Overall, my stay was pleasant and I would stay again.
