Negative: The elevator didn't work, only one side and they knew they had a group so they didn't make an effort to fix it before they came. Also the buffet there were not enough food, tables and chairs. The pool was dirty so many hairs inside like someone cut the hair inside. At the end the room was paid for 4 people but they just give us the amenities for 2 and had to ask for more stuff. They charge us for extra nothing is free so I do expect at least give me what is charge. Blow dryer does not work and by the time we need it was am sorry am busy.
