The home boasts 3 double bedrooms, main bathroom includes wet floor shower, toilet and Spa bath plus ensuite in the master bedroom, double glazing and the convenience of a Gas Fire. Internal double garaging plus extra parking. Only 20 minutes to Picton or 30 minutes to Havelock. Blenheim is so handy to everything, that’s why it’s so popular. Loads of sunshine to experience Marlborough and everything we have to offer, such as Marlborough Farmers Market, Wine Tours, Bush Walks, Marlborough sounds, Wither Walks, Classic Fighters Aircraft Museum, 10 minutes from airport the list goes on.
