Look no further, you have found the perfect spot for your beach vacation to Orange Beach, AL This brand new 2 bedroom 3 bathroom home is located just steps away from the white sand beaches. The property is pet friendly and includes beach access and a gulf side neighborhood pool. The home has been professionally decorated and is setup for you to be as comfortable as possible during your stay. The interior of the home boasts granite countertops and cermamic plank tile floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, laundry room, and sleeps up to 8 guests. The master bedroom features a private master bathroom and has a full size king bed. The guest bedroom is equipped with two queen beds and also has a private bathroom. The main level has a sleeper sofa in the living room for additonal guests and there is a 3rd full bathroom.. Your pets are welcome to jon you for a pet fee of $300. Maximum of 2 pets and there is a weight limit of 35 lbs, None Shedding only. Please inform us if you will be bringing any pets. This is a one of a kind property for the Orange Beach area. Summary: Cottage was perfect for our needs. Great location - almost like having a private beach. Wonderful to be able to bring our fur baby too. Only had to communicate with host one time because of internet issue. They were able to reset it remotely. Highly recommend!
