Summary: We stayed here for three nights and it was a terrible experience.One pool was being renovated and the infinity pool the rooms next to it had scaffolding with workers very noisy.After complaining we were moved to another room where a private function was going on above us u til 10pm and then we were woken up at 7.30 with drilling at the pool below us.The rooms manager John Richardson was so rude and kept laughing in my face.Everyday was stressful and upsetting so non relaxing.The beach club wasn’t the restaurant wasn’t open there so pointless going.
