Negative: 1 toilet! There are 2 bedrooms, but neither has a toilet in the bathrooms. Once you walk up to the 2nd story unit and enter, the first door is bedroom 1. The second door leads to a toilet. The third door to living and kitchen. The fourth door to bedroom 2. The problem is everytime you need to use the toilet you have to leave the bedrooms. Some may not like trancing across the kitchen and living room to use the toilet in the other hall.... some may!
Summary: Very nice and clean modern place- but no toilets in either bedroom did not fit our needs as couples.
