Summary: This is a beautifully maintained, updated condo. The location is gorgeous and it has everything you need- towels, chairs, coolers, snorkel gear etc, Unfortunately, communication with the host was difficult. We never got complete check-in details prior to arriving. After reaching out on VRBO with no response, I was able to reach the owner by phone on the day of check in. She was understandably frustrated that the cleaning service had not shown up and was trying to get the unit clean with us. However, she said she was too busy to resend the check in details and just kept telling me to check my junk folder. I did that, emailed her and texted her, and never heard back. We finally just showed up at the unit at check-in time and luckily she and there and let us in. We went back and forth via text a couple of times with the owner insisting that she had sent the emails. When she sent me a screenshot, there were misspellings in both email addresses (mine and my husband's). We finally got the check in instructions on the 3rd day. We were never able to access the Hilton property as advertised. This was obviously frustrating for both parties, but every time we reached out to the owner, she was rude and put out at having to deal with us and took a while to get back to us each time. As I said- this is a gorgeous property! I would just make sure to get all of the necessary info and details way before you arrive.
