Positive: The property is brand new, immaculate, in the heart of Jongno-gu and close to 3 subway stations and has free cup noodles in the lower level cafeteria. They also have two brand new washers and dryers that are $3 USD/2 hours - very reasonable.
Negative: Nothing really. I found it very comfortable and a good value.
Summary: Clean, comfortable and convenient.
