Great for families, solo travelers, business, remote workers and extended stays. Our 864 sq. ft. southern colonial Bungalow welcomes your arrival with a screened front porch that offers an extended 396 sq. ft. of outdoor living space to read, watch tv, dine, work from home or just swing and take in nature. The interior is an eclectic mix of antique and new décor. The living room accommodates four comfortably with a dual recliner sofa, comfy accent chair, Smart TV with sound bar and 4K Blu Ray DVD player. The main bedroom has a king size bed, night stands, dresser, accent chair, luggage racks/stools, ceiling fan, double closet, computer desk with chair and task light, Smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player. The second bedroom has two twin beds (they can be pulled together to make one king size bed), night stand, closet and Smart TV. There are USB ports in both bedrooms and living room to keep your devices fully charged. One full size bathroom accommodates with a deep soaking tub and shower combination with a wall mounted hand held shower massage. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with range/oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker and filtered water, dishwasher, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, toaster, can opener, blender, mixer, tea kettle, Keurig coffee maker, coffee, assorted teas and other condiments. The dining room sits in the heart of the bungalow with French doors that lead out onto the back deck and yard. The dining table seats four, in the kitchen a breakfast bar seats two and dining area on the front porch that seats four. In the backyard, relax in the outdoor seating by a large fire pit (firewood not provided). BBQ on the gas grill, dine at the picnic table or bistro table on the deck. Full size front load washer and dryer, laundry detergent, fabric softener sheets, small sewing kit, iron and ironing board, small vacuum and cleaning supplies are provided. A beach bag with towels and chairs are provided, upon request, for a day trip to one of the many beautiful beaches. An area light in the side yard next to the drive way illuminates the majority of the yard at night, coming or going your path in and out of the bungalow is well lit. There is plenty of parking space if traveling with more than one vehicle, boat or trailer. ***Note the driveway is not paved, but it is easily maneuvered .***
