Beautifully upgraded home with approximately 3,680 square feet of living space. Located in an exclusive golf course neighborhood of Princeville on Kauai's spectacular North Shore. The main level consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large gourmet kitchen including a dining area for family gatherings. Enjoy the backyard swimming pool, outdoor shower and outdoor BBQ. You may even see the Nene Bird, Hawaii's state bird "cruising" on the golf course which adjoins your back yard with mountain views. Additional sleeping area upstairs with bunk beds and full bath. Washer and dryer complete all what you may need to have a fun vacation on Kaua'i! Complimentary WiFi.
Enter into a foyer that leads to the dining area and family living room complete with an 85" Flat-screen TV, large sectional sofa, office desk and chair. The spacious Primary Bedroom Suite is located off to the right of the living area and is furnished with a Cal King bed, sofa, TV and large Spa-like bathroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 furnished with Cal King and King bed and TV. Guest rooms are located off to the left of the living area with a shared bathroom. Primary Bedroom and "Aloha" Room have exterior doors to access the tropical grounds and pool area.
The second level features a large loft bedroom furnished with a Cal King bed, Twin bunk beds, sofa and large flat-screen TV. Right off of the loft is the 3rd full bathroom with tiled walk-in shower. Portable AC in loft bedroom.
Sliding glass doors from the living area open up to a covered patio area with gas BBQ. Open up the doors to let the cool breezes in, and step out to the swimming pool where you can lounge poolside. The perfect home base to explore miles of sandy beaches on Kauai's North Shore, biking, surfing, sunbathing, kayaking, paddle boarding, beach combing and more!
