Halcyon - Enjoy the best of both worlds - a very quiet private setting but very convenient to downtown Oneonta, the colleges and All Star Village. This immaculate 3 bedroom/2 bath home is located in the city of Oneonta at the end of a dead end street - nestled against a lightly wooded area. It is about a 5 minute drive to either either college, downtown Oneonta shops and restaurants or All Star village.
The covered porch looks out over a perennial flower garden and a gazebo in the side yard which looks up to the wooded area. Relax in the gazebo which is so private, you may forget you are in the city. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor; there is a full bath on the first floor and a second full bath on the second floor. Off street parking.

Summary: This house was the perfect place to stay for All Star Village. It was great being so close to the field especially with our baseball schedule. The property was beautiful and we even go to see a deer on property. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything you would expect but beyond what we expected with access to coolers, back packs, sun block, toiletries, fans, board games, bike, basketballs and other outdoor activities. Paul and Barbara were very sweet and we had an amazing time!
