Start your vacation tradition today with the beloved Hakuna Matata beach house. This oceanfront home was designed to maximize the panoramic views from the double decks. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened in porch. There are so many TV's in the house that we lost count and the living room has BOSE surround sound. This house has many repeat guests each year and is perfect for your family vacation. The house is fully equipped to accommodate and entertain guests with two living areas, wet bar with two beverage coolers, whirlpool tub in master suite, wifi, elevator which goes to all 3 floors, outside shower, and a walking pier provides private access to the beach. There is also a ping pong table located in the garage for some fun competition! The kitchen is well outfitted with all you need to make memorable feasts. The location is excellent as it is an easy walk to the Folly Beach Pier and Center Street, the heart of the island. Homes that have elevators undergo annual inspections; however, as with commercial elevators, there may be additional maintenance needed from time to time, which is unforeseeable. If the elevator is out of order at any point during your vacation, we will contact the company that services it and they will do their best to repair it as quickly as possible. If it cannot be repaired during your stay, we will attempt to relocate you to other suitable accommodations, however, monetary compensation will not be provided. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. *Please note the fireplace is not functional and cannot be used Folly Business License Account #24016
