Summary: property owner sent code to get in 1818v. Could not get in because i thougnt it was a "v". Email sent, no reply. Roads on both side of the house, NO CURTAINS, didnt expect that. Property was very clean and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Loved the special touches the owner took time to think about. However, it was bug infested, including roaches. Emailed the host 6 times with no responce. Her number wasnon the board, but husband read rules and i missed her phone number. Turns out VRBO message system was not working Took a shower and could not finish it due to the hot water went out. Contacted VRBO, who put me in contact with the owner, who was very nice and did not know about the bug or hot water issue. She said she would take care of both isses, but said the curtain thing was shown in the pictures, NO curtains. She was very nice and gave a partial refund and said she would fix the issues. The place is very nice and they did a good job restoring an older house
