The Hacienda Verde is a prestigious old building from the 19th century (completely renovated in 2018), unique, not overlooked, 480 m² on 4,400 m², with high-end services, its setting, an exceptional mature Mediterranean garden with its centuries-old olive and carob trees and an 80 m² salt water swimming pool equipped with a jacuzzi. It is distributed over two floors communicating by an internal staircase which is located in the entrance hall; and an exterior staircase from the garden (pool access). On the ground floor, you will be amazed by a majestic entrance with its 8 meter high ceiling and its extraordinary beams worthy of a hotel; a huge, fully equipped and very bright kitchen. A comfortable living room (with 3D TV) has access to the covered Naya, two bedrooms (one with double bed) and a very nice bathroom with shower. Upstairs are the other three bedrooms (all with double beds), one of which has its own en-suite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath. All the rooms of this magnificent Hacienda are spacious and all are equipped with air conditioning.
THE EXTERIOR: A majestic park of 4,400m2, completely fenced and very private, to which we have two accesses, gives this serenity. Behind the hacienda we have a very old wooden door opening directly onto the pine forest. The huge 860 m² car park can accommodate at least 12 vehicles. Opposite the villa is a large tiled terrace, part of which is covered (Naya), with the remarkable private swimming pool of 80 m² and its jacuzzi (saline water). The large swimming pool is surrounded by exotic sun loungers and parasols. It has uninterrupted views of Montgo and La Cumbre del Sol. From the solarium in winter you can see the sea and Ibiza.
The place is unique, very private and unrivaled. All the grassy areas are natural, and various centuries-old trees mark this Mediterranean atmosphere, decorated with flower beds on this impressive rockery.
Location: The Hacienda is located in Covatelles, commune of Javéa, a quiet place just 7 km from the sea, 8 minutes from the historic center of the old town. Within a 2 km radius we have access to all services and we will find renowned restaurants. A golf course is 1.5 KM away.
