Located centrally in the greater Phoenix area, and just minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport, providing you easy access to many activities around the Valley of the Sun.
This spacious two-story home with basement and two car garage offers all the comforts of home. The roomy basement includes a large sitting area/movie room with adjoining kitchenette. Two spacious guest rooms and full bathroom are located just off the basement sitting area. The basement sitting area has access to the outside upper drive via a spiral staircase. The warm and inviting main level living space includes a large chef style kitchen with Viking refrigerator, double oven and gas stove top. The kitchen opens up to a spacious dining and living area with gas fireplace. The dining and living areas also offer access to the backyard sitting areas and hot tub. A guest room and full bathroom are located adjacent to the main level living area. The upstairs living space overlooks the main level area, and the high vaulted ceilings bring light and space. The master bedroom, located on the upper level, is equipped with an outdoor patio and full ensuite bathroom with two sinks and a double head shower and spacious walk- in closet. The walk-in closet has access via a secret door to a game/reading space that overlooks the main floor living space. An upstairs spacious living area off of the master bedroom also overlooks the main floor and offers a quiet space for work and lounging. A second upstairs guest bedroom and full bathroom is located off of the sitting area. The upstairs guest bedroom has a roof access ladder to the roof deck.
The home is located in a gated community comprised of three homes. Vehicle access is through an electronic vehicle gate - you will be provided with the gate clicker upon arrival.
