Positive: The property is phenomenal. Every detail has been thought of, from design, location, views, staff, everything.
Negative: Only thing I didn’t like was when we went to the restaurant the tip was not included in the price of the meal, so we added a tip. When the receipt for signature was brought back an additional tip was added. Of 35%! It made us feel like we really needed to watch the bills at the hotel. In addition they are of course in pesos and so it would be very easy to misinterpret whether or not a tip was added prior to adding your own. Luckily, Spanish is my husbands first language and he very easily picked up on this. This was our only issue the entire trip!
Summary: Fabulous-exceeded our expectations in every way!
