Positive: We stayed three nights. Nice garden area with pool and outdoor kitchen. The pool and the kitchen could be cleaner but were still reasonable. A bit farer away from the beaches but still close to delicious food options near by (ca. 200 - 400m).
Negative: Although we knew that there would be a rooster farm next door, we did not expect it to be that loud. Unfortunately in the second night an alarm went off for about two hours (might be a motion sensor triggered by rain). Earplugs didn't really help. Even though the owner can't change these things they still impacted our stay. When we arrived the floor, the fridge and the bathroom were dirty but the owner responded instantly. We parked directly in front of the gate outside of the property. The space there was quite small for our minivan but it worked. There were many broken down cars, so there is no other parking available if more than one guest (out of four possible) arrives by car.
