Positive: Great 8th floor view of the pacific in ultra safe part of the city. Lots of restaurants nearby. Living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are all new and clean. Elevator fast. Great breeze didn’t need AC.
Negative: The owner and his wife live up a flight of stairs and use the kitchen for meals. Bedroom was in the rear with door for privacy but when I selected it I was not aware that it was kind of like a AirBnB with the owners living with you. I am used to standard hotel rooms alone. But I still felt it was a good value, but had I known I don’t think I would have booked it
