Positive: the proprietors were lovely extremely helpful and friendly our room had amazing views out over and including the sea it was a nice room, but no tea or coffee making facilities or water. its a short drive away from beach, but no taxis to go in the evening when both of us wanted to drink.
Negative: the hotel is very dated. there is lots of areas with dead plants. its a shame because it could be beautiful. i think it does state you have to be physically fit, as our room was very high up so many stairs and steep driveway
Summary: run down hotel, with lovely owners. not for physically unfit
