Adorable boho style Gypsy Trailer with best of both worlds: the serenity of nature and the fun of a vibrant, inspiring community. 2 twin beds, cozy seating area, vintage desk, outdoor patio table. A quick walk takes you to our Western town with kitchen/bathrooms/showers. Plus, access to our community spaces like our gorgeous pool, open-air saloon & game hall, and our vista point up at the main ranch house.
Comes with full access to our fun "ArtFarm Film Set" , where you find kitchen and bathroom amenities like our "Wild Billies Cantina" rustic open air community Kitchen featuring a 6 burner stove, large wooden kitchen-prep table , freezer, fridge, double stainless kitchen sink and all the basic kitchen essentials you need to whip up a gourmet meal. For quick snacks coffee, tea and convenience "Lucies Kitchenette" features electronic kitchen appliances such as a microwave, electric tea kettle, toaster oven , blender, waffle iron and coffee maker. Experience how creative a themed bathroom facility can be at "Lucky Loo's Wash house" our compost toilets like the "Hippy Dippy" , "Library" or "Dungeon" compete for "coolest bathroom ever visited". Wash-up and get clean at Lucky Loo's wash house where you will find clean showers and a family size state of the art multi stream hot water shower , complete with mood lighting , shampoo/ conditioner and a great vibe! Your cabin is just a short 2 minutes from our sparkling pool and 3 minutes walk to our famous open air western saloon complete with billiards, foosball, rustic looking old west BYO full size bar with mood lights and comfy seating on swing chairs and couches. Gather around our community BBQ/ S'mores "SafeFire bonfire pit" (no open flames or bon fires allowed at individual camp spots) . Stay active and play some games like corn hole, volleyball , shoot some hoops or disk golf. With tons of hiking and ATV trails, and surrounding Angeles National Forest, there is lots to do and explore with all of the friendly community members and visitors. You might just get inspired to make some friends or be more creative yourself and start tinkering with your own art or craft projects!
Your dogs are more than welcome at the property and can be off-leash so long as they are people/dog friendly. There are 3 friendly german shepherds that keep the property coyote free and guard the goats, kittens, and guests.
Rules of conduct for all visitors or anyone coming to our property:
1- This is a private homestead and no uninvited guests or visitors are allowed.
2- Be friendly and courteous to everyone on site, or you will be asked to leave.
3- We have zero tolerance for illegal drugs and / or anyone who abuses prescription drugs on our property
4- Love campfires and s'mores? We do to, and we have an awesome campfire space at our western saloon / bar area for good campfire times. this being said, there are absolutely OPEN FLAME / CAMPFIRES allowed anywhere on our property , and being that we are in a high fire danger zone, we are super strict about this. no exceptions.
5- Clean after your pets and people

As far as supplies, Leona Valley has a well stocked little mini mart, gas and a great little restaurant called "Jack’s Place" with yummy food and amazing draft beer …. all just 10 minutes drive down the dirt road.
