These duplexes have become a favorite family destination in recent years. Beachy decor with comfortable furnishings lets you relax and enjoy the freedom of being at the beach. New interior paint throughout, complete kitchen remodel with new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, completely remodeled bathrooms, new bedroom flooring, new living room furniture, new bedding, new flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom. The community pool is 30' x 24. Easy beach access using the Grayton boardwalk just steps away. Parking for 1 vehicle, with extra parking on the east side of the community pool.

Summary: Not impressed with interior! The sofa and loveseat were very uncomfortable. The bedrooms especially master were very small. The top drawer of chest was broken so not useable. No garbage disposal was very inconvenient. The furniture on the porch was very bad. I would not return to this property
