**The Association is completing repairs to the outside of the building. Therefore, construction workers will be onsite Monday - Friday completing repairs. **The balcony door is inoperable. The balcony can still be accessed. **Step back in time in this dated yet perfectly located condo! This Gulf Shores Vacation Rental is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom walk-up that will sleep 6. You have a wonderful Gulf Front view of the beach from your semi-private balcony. Gulf Village 110 is located in the first second story building with parking under the unit. This unit is just steps away from the beach, the Gulf Front pool and the BBQ area. Perfect spot to relax and make memories with your family and friends. The master bedroom has a Queen bed. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 3 TV's.The unit features a full kitchen for your cooking needs and also a washer and dryer for your convenience. In addition to the Gulf Front pool, all guests have access to the second pool across the street along with the private pier on Little Lagoon. Excellent spot for crabbing and fishing. The pier is lighted at night, with a little skill you might be lucky enough to gig a few flounder for dinner. The complex offers covered parking. It is a non-smoking, No pet unit. We have multiple units at Gulf Village, if you have more than one family coming and would like your own space. FREE WIFI. This Gulf Shores Vacation condo is located at 1051 West Beach Blvd. NO PETS! No Elevator! This property allows up to two parking per reservation. No trailers. AGAIN, THIS UNIT IS DATED. It is not the typical Sunset Properties condo. However, the location could not be beat. So come enjoy being right on the beach! PLEASE CALL TO BOOK WINTER RENTALS! Monthly reservations made online will not be confirmed until a reservationist reviews the booking details and verifies that the pricing is correct. If there is an error you will be contacted! Also, in order to avoid same day booking we do not allow reservations to be made online if booking within 48 hours of arrival. Several of our rental properties do have a nightly minimum requirement.
