Two fishing poles for beach fishing and pickle ball rackets and balls are provided for added enjoyment. Equipped with beach chairs, toys, and a wagon, this condo has everything you need for a day of fun in the sun.
This beachfront property sits right next door to the Kiva Dunes Golf Course, within walking distance of several restaurants and an easy drive from an assortment of family-friendly activities, including parasailing and jet-skiing. You'll be 13 miles west of the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Gulf State Park, which is wonderful for fishing and picnicking. Four miles beyond are the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail and Adventure Island, which offers arcade games and mini-golf. You can also spend your days at Hummingbird Ziplining or launching a boat at Fort Morgan. Fishing charters and a water park are also nearby.
THINGS TO KNOW
Guests will have access to all six outdoor pools, the indoor saltwater pool, the Dome Pool in Bldg. 4, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, as well the sauna located on the Gulf Shores Plantations grounds.
The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.
If you do not have your registration forms to present at check in, you will need to contact the Gulf Shores Vacasa office to pick them up. The guard shack cannot provide them for you.
Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.
The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.
