Summary: The unit was perfect for our family of four, and the view from the porch — which was huge — was wonderful. I’ve seen mentions of the bed mattress being a problem, but we found it very comfortable. Maybe it’s been replaced. The unit is basic, but it was exactly what we were looking for and expected. Our daughters loved the bunk room. Only complaint was about dish ware. We planned to cook pancakes for breakfast each morning, but the pans wouldn’t allow it. Both stuck to the point where we eventually gave up and threw out the batter. I’d recommend replacing them.
