Parking notes: You will go through a security gate with a guard at entry. Once you get to the Luau building you will go through another gate, the code is available. Parking is available in the complex parking garage. Parking is not designated. Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Summary: Lots to offer in the Sandestin Resort....visited friends across 98 and also played on two of the golf courses (Baytowne and Raven)....great place since you do not have to leave the area for any kind of fun or recreation.
