From the front of the home, head south on Geoff Wilder lane as it curves around to the left and after a few more steps, you'll find your beach boardwalk (accessible via the provided wristbands).

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a long review, but my family works in property management so I understand how important reviews are.We really enjoyed this house! We stayed in early October which was a perfect time and not too busy as Fall Breaks hadn't started yet. This home is a short (3mins) walk to the beach within a gated community. It makes getting there with kids so simple and running home for anything really easy. The pool is small, but we used it every day. It wasn't heated which was a bummer.Inside, the house has plenty of space and the furniture and beds are comfy. Lots of plush bath towels, but no beach towels. Kitchen is updated although we didn't cook much.As far as the location, it's nestled right between Seacrest and Rosemary. A quick walk or bike ride to either and we biked to Alys as well. Peddlers Pavilion is right across the street which is a nice option for food & drinks. There's also a small market across the street for quick things and Publix is about 3 miles away.This home/company did have a few drawbacks:- The kitchen didn't have anything to clean it with. Starter sizes of dish soap and laundry detergent, but no counter spray. We could have kept the house much cleaner if we had this. We asked for some and they wouldn't supply it. Same with trash bags and hand soap. - We had to request a broom, but it really needs a quick vac for sand.- The management company wouldn't heat the pool for us, even for a fee. It was really chilly. We asked why and at this time of year they don't do it. We might not have booked this house had we known that.- Beach towels should be supplied. I know lots of guests drive, but this is a cost saving issue that seems cheap.Overall a great house, but the property management company needs a little help and seems to be cutting costs which will eventually hurt this home.
