This 2 bedroom and 3 bathroom home is in the ideal location for a fabulous 30A Escape! The main floor has an open floor plan for the living and dining areas with with beautiful travertine floors. The kitchen is inviting with brand new counter-tops/back splash and stainless steel appliances. A coffee/wine bar as been added to the kitchen with a beverage fridge.The dining table seats six with additional seating for two at the kitchen island. There is a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room, should you need any additional sleeping arrangements. There is a stacked washer/dryer combo on the first floor as well as a full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Head on up to the second floor where you will find two guest bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private ensuite with a shower and tub combo and access to a private balcony. The guest bedroom has brand new Restoration Hardware full over full bunk bed, private ensuite with a shower and tub combo and access to a private balcony as well.
