This 14th floor upscale gulf shores condo is located right on the Gulf of Mexico - IG: seawind1406. It includes 2 full size bedrooms with King beds in both. The third room has a twin over double bunk bed. The family room and all of the bedrooms have had the carpet removed and replaced with stylish chestnut wood tiling. This luxurious condominium has all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. Step off the elevator and you are steps away from the sugar white sand. The modern kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is equipped with coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, utensils and all the cooking equipment you might need. A beautiful ocean view is available from the kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, and family room. The condo has a large laundry room with (2017) full size washer and dryer. This room also is large enough for extra storage. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with private bath and roomy walk-in closet. Enjoy the fabulous ocean view from this room along with a sliding door to the balcony. The main guest room has a new (2017) King bed with private entrance to a roomy bathroom. The bunk room contains a double bunk bed with twin bed on top and is perfect for kids or smaller adults. Flat screen TV's are provided in the family area and bedrooms. This spacious condo includes 9ft ceilings, crown molding, and granite countertops in both bathrooms and the kitchen. The fantastic ocean front balcony measures 145 square feet and is roomy enough for a table and chairs so that all guests can enjoy time listening to the waves and searching for dolphins. Seawind amenities include private covered parking, 2 communal pools for guests, both overlooking the beautiful beach. The first is an indoor/outdoor pool that is heated in cooler weather. A roomy hot tub is adjacent to the outdoor pool. The second pool is a wonderful zero entry kiddy pool complete with fountains and sprayers. A huge exercise facility overlooks the gulf with a wide variety of exercise equipment, a sauna, and a restroom with shower. The exercise facility also includes a media area with a huge comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. Free WiFi! This beautiful property is within a 10 minute walking distance to the hangout, the home of the shrimp festival, oyster festival, and summer concerts. Bike paths accessible, and close to Gulf State Park. The pier is an easy 15 minute walk down the beach. Walk to Sea n Suds in seconds and a dozen other eateries within a 10 minute walk.
