Gulfsands Condo #201, located at 4200 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach, is a beautifully furnished two bedroom, two bath condo directly on the beach. It’s in a popular Gulf front complex with a large heated pool and undercover parking. This complex is located adjacent to the Manatee Public Beach to provide added activities for the children as well as a lifeguard protected beach. It’s centrally located in Holmes Beach so you can easily explore all that Anna Maria Island has to offer. The very large pool area provides lots of room to sun bathe and also offers a very large covered area if you want to just relax in the shade with a book after a stroll on the beautiful beach. Enjoy the sunsets over the beach from the open porch.
This unit is immaculately kept and supplied with lots of extras! There is a 50” flat screen television in the living room. The main bedroom has a 36” television and the guest bedroom has a 21” television for DVD use only. There is a stack washer and dryer in the unit.
Beach chairs, umbrella, toys and wagon are in the storage room on the ground level.
Gulfsands #201 will sleep six with a king size bed in the spacious main bedroom while the guest bedroom has twin bunk beds as well as a queen size bed. This is a premier Holmes Beach vacation rental. You’ll love it!
Gulfsands is a one week minimum rental.
Parking is limited to two vehicles only.

Summary: We have stayed at this property before; but not in this unit. It was so much nicer than the previous one we rented!It was very clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were all nicely updated. There were so many little extras that made our stay especially nice: starters on dishwasher tablets and dishwashing detergent, paper towels and toilet paper; as well as spices, oils, and cooking supplies. The kitchen was WELL stocked. There were also an abundance of fresh beach towels and bath towels. The location couldn’t better: directly on the beach with private beach access, Publix within a few blocks, and the local gym less than a 5 minute drive (they have weekly memberships, FYI!). If you like firm mattresses, this is your place! Lots of blankets and pillows made the stay very comfortable.Large TVs in the living room and bedrooms. TONS of books to read in the mini-library. The patio furniture is in great condition and the balcony offers a full beach view. We watched the dolphins play for about 20 minutes the morning we left :) There is also a small storage area of beach supplies- chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc. I will say the beach chairs needed a little attention- we ended buying some camp chairs from Ace Hardware (also a close drive) and donated them to the storage area, as the ones there had mildew and rust on them. But other than that- excellent stay! Can’t wait to come back!
