Gulf Rhythms is a beautiful cottage nestled in the trees and only steps from the beach on a small side street located West of Gulf Drive. This property has been owned by the same family for many years and no attention to detail has been spared. Gulf Rhythms A is the UPSTAIRS unit of this cottage, with one flight of stairs to the living quarters. It was recently renovated and redecorated with a vision to retain the quaint, cozy, cottage charm. It features two bedrooms and one bathroom. You will enjoy a kitchen with breakfast table, dining area, and a large living room. Down the hall you will find two bedrooms. one King and one Queen size bed, television, dresser and closet. There is one full bath with tub and shower. You will find the fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. All new appliances and granite counter tops. The laundry is a dual unit inside the bathroom space. The outdoor space is a large balcony with table and chairs as well as a propane BBQ grill. You will find a storage at ground level that contains a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, etc. for you to use at the beach. BED & BATH DETAILS The master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a flat screen TV. The Master and the guest bedroom share a bathroom with a Tub/Shower combo. EXTERIOR There is a large porch with plenty of seating, dining table. Cook out on the gas grill and enjoy those balmy evenings. There is also an outdoor shower to fresh up after your day at the beach. If you need more room consider renting the downstairs duplex called Gulf Rhythms B to sleep 8 in total. Being in this preferred Northern Holmes Beach location, Gulf Rhythms A is quick bike ride, walk, drive or trolley ride away to Anna Maria sites, Holmes Beach shops, Publix grocery store, and several restaurants. Bradenton Beach is on the south end of the island and provides more shops and eateries on Bridge Street. The island boasts many wonderful restaurants, even the 5 star Zagat rated Beach Bistro is just down the street. For a nice dinner, try The Waterfront across from the Anna Maria Pier. The Feast is located in the Holmes Beach plaza and has great pizza and fish sandwiches! If ice cream is your weakness, pick up a cone at Two Scoops in Anna Maria or The Hometown Creamery in Holmes Beach. Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach has The Bridge Street Bistro for local cuisine and The Bridge Tender which has a waterfront casual bar outside. Anna Maria Island has lots of activities for the water lover. You can rent kayaks, take paddle board lessons, go on a fishing charter or even rent a boat for the day. You can also rent bicycles and golf carts. There is a free trolley that runs 7 days a week from one end of the island to the other. There is a trolley stop conveniently located at the end of our street. Parking on the island is at a minimum, so taking the trolley or riding a bike is recommended. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
