This clean and comfortable penthouse level condominium has one primary bedroom suite but offers sleeping space for six, creating the ideal 30A hideaway for couples and small families. You’ll also enjoy taking a dip in the sparkling community swimming pool and hot tub that you can see from your private balcony and strolling the beautiful beach that’s right across the street.
In the main living and dining area, glass doors illuminate the room and provide beautiful views of the tropical landscaping and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A velvety soft sofa with a chaise lounge faces the dining table and HDTV. This well-designed space is cozy, yet provides plenty of space for everyone to easily gather together and relax.
