Beautiful townhouse in Gulf Place just off popular 30A! Located close to the beach, yet tucked away from the restaurants and shops, and overlooking a sparkling community pool.
The first floor of the unit features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and room to prepare your favorite meal. You will also find a large living area with a queen sleeper sofa, new large Smart TV, dining area, and access to the screened patio, a great place to unwind after a long day at the beach! There is a half bath and washer / dryer on this level as well, and a propane grill just outside the back door for our guests' convenience. There is also a queen bedroom on this floor.
The second floor boasts hardwood floors, and includes a spacious king master suite with balcony overlooking the pool. The master also includes a new large Smart TV. The master bath features a large shower with a separate jacuzzi tub.
The king guest suite has a large TV along with an ample bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The third floor loft features two twin beds, a great place for the kids to hang out!
Gulf Place features shops, restaurants, Gulley Amphitheater, tennis, shuffle board, corn hole, three community pools, and community charcoal grills.
