Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When visiting Seagrove you are truly in paradise. However, I believe the owners of 406 rely a bit too much on that fact. You rent a condo to have some basic home needs fulfilled. The second bedroom did not have blackout curtains only blinds. It faces the hallway outside which has lights on all night so is not conducive to good sleep. The bed pillows were simply unacceptable. No one expects super high end but what was there was, really useless. The kitchen lacked some basic items like a decent coffee cup or a corkscrew. The main TV in the living room did not stream so unless you return to 2005 with time travel and a DVD the family will need to hang out on the bed to stream a movie. I will say that the managment service was very attentive and as helpful as possible, especially Emily, however, the owners need to be a bit more attentive to basic maintenance.
