Bluewater is a luxurious beachfront condo with everything upscale. It is located in the heart of Orange Beach and close to many attractions, several grocery stores, shops and restaurants. This unit is located on the 7th floor which provides an amazing direct view of the white sandy beach. This is a spacious 3 bedroom unit with a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 full beds in the 3rd bedroom. It has upgraded kitchen cabinets with a convenient island which provides more counter space and storage. There are appliances and utensils available to prepare a gourmet meal. It has a spacious dining area with a table for 6 as well as an eating bar for 2 more. The flooring is tile and laminated vinyl plank throughout and there is a full size washer and dryer. Two full baths have tub/shower combination and cultured marble vanities. The master bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors opening to a huge balcony where there is ample room for sunning or having a meal. All bedrooms and living room have TV's, ceiling fans and there is wifi internet throughout. A garbage chute is conveniently located near the unit so its very easy access.
The condo exterior and the grounds have been well maintained and the entrance has a covered loading/unloading area right near the elevators. There is an outdoor beachside pool with a kiddie pool and 2 restrooms. From the pool, a short boardwalk leads to the beach. A spacious grilling area has large grills and tables. The indoor pool located near the front entrance features a hot tub and restrooms. The exercise room is next to the indoor pool. Umbrella and chairs can be rented from the beach service or you can bring your own.
