Located in Pinnacle Port's Tower building, this contemporary one bedroom unit has two Queen beds in the first bedroom with an ensuite bath featuring a tub/shower combination. Going upstairs, you will find a spacious dining area overlooking Lake Powell, Pinnacle Port's docks and boat launch. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a stack washer/dryer unit for your convenience. A half-bath is on the second floor. The living room is Gulf-front and has its own balcony with wonderful views of the Gulf and Beach. There is a Murphy bed in the living room for additional sleeping.
Pinnacle Port Resort is situated on a 25+ acre site within a beautiful gated community having over ¼ mile of beach frontage! The complex has lots of amenities including two swimming pools, tennis courts, sauna/steam room, fitness room, its own private freshwater dock with boat slips boat launch and wi-fi. Equipment for the shuffleboard courts, corn hole, bocci ball, volley ball, basketball is available to check-out at the rental office.
