This high end Gulf front townhome means "house by the sea", and you can't get any closer to the beautiful Emerald green waters of this beautiful beach than this!
All new flooring, the main floor offers open concept living including an updated and well equipped kitchen with stainless steel and quartz along with tons of cabinet storage and separate ice maker. The wall of windows and doors opens right onto a huge deck with steps down to the beach.
A convenient half bath is also on this floor.
Up one flight, you'll find a queen-sized bedroom with en suite bath and sound views.
On the opposite side are 2 additional queen-sized bedrooms, both with private Gulf front balconies and a large shared bath with double sinks. The washer/dryer is also located on this floor.
No carpeting in any of the bedrooms!
The top floor comprises the king-sized primary bedroom. The en suite bath has a free standing jetted tub, walk in shower and private water closet. The wall of windows allows beautiful water views when waking and when soaking in the tub!
A door leads to the private balcony where you'll be at seagull level and can see for miles!
This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
