As you exit US 98 onto Scenic 30A, you know immediately that you are in a special place with over 40% of the area protected from future developments with dune lakes, charming communities, white sands and emerald waters. Gulf Place offers an array of shopping, outdoor activities, festivals and events. The house is situated about 23 feet above sea level, which offers spectacular views of sunsets and sun rises, standing two stories tall and spanning 3,300 square feet.
