Beach Colony Resort East 11A is located on the 11th floor and boasts spectacular Gulf-front views from the spacious, private balcony. This three-bedroom, three-bath condominium accommodates up to ten guests comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a king-sized bed in one guest bedroom and two queen size beds in the additional guest bedroom, along with a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living area and a rollaway. This will be your new happy place, as it has been recently upgraded throughout, including amenities such as a Keurig coffee maker, new balcony seating and a table and new living room furniture including a leather rocking/recliner chair. The carpeting has all been replaced with new LVP (pics coming). There are also new UHD televisions and Blu-ray DVD players throughout, along with DirecTV, an Xbox 360 and Netflix capabilities. Video games and movies provided. This lovely condominium has updated coastal décor featuring blues and grays. Upon entering, you will find the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer combination on your right. One guest bedroom is located near the entrance and leads to its own private bath with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. The additional guest bedroom, on the opposite of the first guest bedroom, also leads into its own private bath with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The Gulf-front master bedroom leads into its own private bath with a walk-in shower, large Jacuzzi tub and a double vanity. Both guest bedrooms boast gorgeous views of the surrounding area and Santa Rosa Sound. The fully-equipped kitchen includes beautiful backsplash and leads to the dining area and living room. Enjoy true paradise with a 365-square foot balcony overlooking the Gulf, complete with a dining table, couches and plenty of room to have your morning coffee, watch the dolphins or take in the stunning sunset views in the evening. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.
