On a quiet gulf front setting on the southern area of the peninsula you will find unobstructed views and an abundance of amenities. This is a large home full of private ensuite bedrooms. The private driveway offers plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. On the ground level you will find a large, fenced pool/entertainment space including an outdoor shower, shell/fish cleaning station, outdoor kitchen w/gas grill all overlooking a large, heated pool with integrated hot tub. There is a half bath on this level along with a mudroom including an extra refrigerator and undercounter ice maker.
Taking the elevator up to the second level you will find four ensuite bedrooms, a gulf front family room and laundry facilities. The third level is also serviced by the elevator, features the large living room, dining area overlooking the screened in gulf front deck. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances and a large pantry for all your provisions. Two additional bedroom suites round out this level and bring the sleeping capacity to a total of 16!

Cape San Blas is a fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast.
