This spacious unit has 18" tile throughout. The dining and living room are a great place to relax with their casual, comfortable furniture. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a 40" flat screen TV. The dining table seats six with additional seating for three at the bar. The kitchen has granite counter tops, good lighting and all the amenities you would expect in a kitchen for entertaining. The master bedroom has great ocean views, flat screen TV and a new king size bed. It has an attached private bath, a beautifully redone walk-in shower, and a double sink granite vanity. The guest bedroom has an amazing view of Old River, a queen and twin bed, with flat screen TV with DVD player. The second bathroom has an updated double granite vanity and shower/tub combo.
