Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.
Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous granite counter space and all you need for home-cooked meals. Fix a drink at your private Tiki bar while dinner simmers. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your primary suite.
Things to Know
Construction in this complex is currently underway. Outdoor balconies are being repaired/restored and the building's exterior is being repainted. The project is estimated to last into 2025, though it could last longer. During this time, construction noises may be audible during working hours on weekdays. The project will be completed in phases, and this unit may have its balcony locked off and unusable while work is being done on it. There may also be times the pool is closed due to safety reasons.
